Thanks for your reply ,i really appreciate your concern on my current predicament .
Your sister Gaynor means a whole lot to me ,and it breaks my heart that until now i have not even had the opportunity to be with her ,spend some time with her and to go ahead with our plans .You might not really understand but we have both come a long way .
I came to the UK to handle a job with an oil and gas company at the Northsea of Aberdeen where i spent some months doing so .The major part of my contract was the supply of the chemicals which my agent purchased in China while i was still in the UK handling the maintenance and mechanical repair aspect of my contract in the Rig .
During the clearing of the chemicals at China port my agent had issues with the customs on some uncleared custom duty fees which tooks us longer time than required before raising all the amount needed to enable the clearing of the chemicals to continue ,during that period of time the chemicals started accruing demurrage charges which became another issue for me .I had to travel down to China myself to see how things were going with the chemicals ,not that i didn't trust my agent but frustration can make one go extra mile .
The conclusion of my contract with the company depends mainly on when shipment of the chemicals starts from China to Aberdeen .According to the contract agreement ;I can only conclude with my contract and receive my balance when shipment of the chemicals has commenced from China to Aberdeen and a document tendered to the company showing this .
Since this problem came up there has been alot going on in my life ,everything seems going the wrong way but with God's help i was able to raise the whole amount needed for clearing of the chemicals and part of the amount for the demurrage charges has been raised as well .What's left now to wrap up with this problem is $7,600.00 .It hasn't been an easy journey for me .
The chemicals are in 3 tank containers measuring 40ft. each .
I'm at China right now with my agent .I have spent few weeks here just trying to resolve this problem .I really miss home but what can i do .
If you can help then let's get on table .A draft agreement will be okay ; I would like to know the conditions ; rate of interest ,when you want me to repay you ,so that we can both sign and proceed ASAP .

Thanks for getting back to me, and sorry for the delay. It's the weekend here and I spend quite a bit of time helping with the church on Sundays. I'm thankful to God that I will be able to help you, as my sister deserves a good honest man like yourself. My fellow church members and I have been praying for your safe return. I find that Prayer often helps us through difficult times, are you a man of God who follows the light of Jesus?
I don't believe that I need any formal paperwork from you, I find paperwork and lawyers just slow things down, and I think you are eager to return, besides my sister said you can be trusted and you have shared photos with her and told her where you live, so I'm sure we can find you if you ever didn't pay me back :) I would like to offer you a short term loan, with no interest for 6 months. I would hope you will have been able to return the money in that six months, if not I will ask that you start paying back $400 each month with an interest rate of 7%. If you are ok with this, then you just need to say so.
Now how to get you the money, where in China are you? I do have a friend there currently, maybe they are nearby? If they are I could wire them the money to them and they can give you cash. Otherwise I will need a back account to transfer the money too. Now to be honest, my pastor at church warned me about internet email security, so if we are to go the wiring money route, I'd ask that you fill in a form I setup on my website, which is more secure than email on how I can transfer the money to you. The money will be coming from my business bank account, which contains hundreds of thousands of dollars, so you can understand my reluctance to do account details in an email, the last thing I want it some evil internet person capturing our bank account details on the internets tubes and then emptying our accounts. How was your night ? I believe all is well .I didn't get to check my email in the morning because i left in a bit of hurry .
I will start by telling you that i'm Catholic and practicing .I put God first in everything i do in life and he has been doing wonderful things in my life .Like you i participate strongly in Church activities .
When my problem became compounded i never stopped praying or start asking God questions why He allowed things to go this bad ,i just believed that somehow some way God will surely make a way for me even if there seem to be no way .My problem was so big before but now what's left to resolve the problem is nothing compared to how the problem was earlier .
I can't thank you enough for agreeing with Gaynor to help me out .I want nothing else but to hold Gaynor so tight in my arms right now and forever ,but this is gonna happen soon by God's special grace .She never left my side ever since this problem came up and the only way i could repay her is to make her happy for the rest of her life .
Paying you back the money won't even exceed a week or atmost 2 weeks .Once the problem in China is resolved i will fly back to Aberdeen to conclude with the final signing of my contract and get my balance ,then i can repay you back at once .
It's good you have someone at China ,me and my agent are mobile now ,we're at Zhuozhou, China where we went this morning to meet with one the Chinese port official who has been of great help since this problem started .If your friend is close then we can keep on driving to meet up with him .It's 3:50pm here right now .
I would have given you a bank account where the money could be wired but this always takes 3-5 working days before it would be ready for for pick up due SWIFT code ,and time is not on my side .

My night was very good, we had a charity pig roast at my church with lots of families in attendance. The atmosphere was wonderful with lots of happy well fed children running around. I am very blessed to live in such a wonderful part of the world with such great friends.
I understand what you're saying about SWIFT taking a long time. I have exchanged emails with my friend in China and he is willing to meet you to pass over the money. He will be in
Bajishi for the next 72 hours before he leaves to complete his missionary work in Tibet where he will be based for about 6 months. Will you be able to get to Bajishi from Zhuozhou?
Alternatively we could use Paypal to transfer the money as I hear from friends that is very effective.

I have some wonderful news and a surprise for you! The fact that you have moved to Beijing makes life even easier! The other day shortly after sending my email I had a day vision from God. In my vision, I saw you and my sister together, surrounded by the glow of two beautiful auras connected at the heart, yet through the brightness surrounding you I could make out a building, I looked closer and one of the buildings was the Nest, the stadium from the Olympics! I knew this was God reaching out to me, letting me know I had to do more than was expected, sending money wasn't enough, I needed to unite your hearts! So I am really excited to let you know that we are putting my sister on a plane and she will be in Beijing China tomorrow with the money. My Niece just said goodbye to her at the airport and apparently she is very excited. This makes me much more comfortable as I had heard such horror stories of scammers on the internet, this way I know the money is really getting to you and you will be able to return home.
She is flying BA 39 and will arrive at Beijing airport 9.30AM tomorrow. It would be great if you could meet her at the airport, if you are unable to she will be staying at the Fairmont hotel in Beijing.

Gaynor sent me an email letting me know she'd been in touch with you. To be honest, I'm amazed you haven't seen her already, Zhouzhou is only an hour away from Beijing. I thought you were more serious about seeing her. I hope you aren't having doubts after the expense I have gone to. I know she will be heart broken if she doesn't see you tomorrow. Please send me a picture of you both together in front of the birds nest so I can see for myself the vision that God gave me.
Her room reservation was made by travel agent, so it could very well be under his name, his name is Youszak Huuntz, but Gaynor can tell you for sure as she is checked in and sleeping now I believe. I'm not sure if her cell phone is working, as I have not spoken to her on the phone.

I got to the hotel you are lodging at about 10am with my agent ,i stayed inside the car for a while then decided to go back .I'm in my own hotel room now which is 20mins drive from yours ,the good news is Raymond my friend has been paid for a work he did 3 months ago ,he called in with great excitement and said he can help me out in anyway i want .He would have sent the amount i needed today but it's already later over there ,so first thing in the morning Dallas time he will be sending the money by same means i told your brother .
I don't want to meet you in this circumstances .I don't look my normal self due to all the stress i have been through ,but this is not the main reason i have changed my mind on seeing you .You guys showed me little or no respect ,first by thinking i was a 'con man' and secondly your coming without even letting me know in anyway .I talked about this with my agent and he said it was very wrong ,i told him what i have decided and he said it's left for me .

Fernando you have left me devastated. I don't understand all this talk of scamming. My brother never mentioned to me any concerns about this. I spoke to him on the phone about you and he could hear in my voice how upset I was about your plight and all he wanted to do was help me out so he made the suggestion of flying me out to meet you and now you haven't come to me. I thought you would be so pleased that I had done all of this for you but I seem to have misjudged you. This whole experience seems to have changed you - you're not usual positive self.
I waited in the lobby from 8 am this morning until noon with no sign of you and I was so concerned about what may have happened to you. I then check my emails and you send me such a cold hearted message.
Fernando you said that all you wanted to do was be with me and you drove to the hotel and didn't even come in and see me - how could you do that - you mean so much to me. I had been imagining our meeting and was filled with such excitement - I wouldn't have cared how you look because you have stolen my heart. Now I'm here in my room crying with no one to comfort me.
I'm so pleased that Raymond was able to help you out finally and now that your able to pay the fines you'll be free to visit me back in the UK so I will try and get a flight home today in preparation.
One question I do have is would you be willing to help me pay back Carl for the cost of my return flight as he went to great lengths to get me here and the least I can do is offer to pay my fare but as you know I 'm not in the best position financially due to my separation. I have terribly sad news. This morning my father received a call from the British Embassy in Beijing. My sister was in a terrible car accident and was killed this morning. I'm praying to God that you are OK, as we are not sure if you were with her or not as we do not have complete details yet. I'm hoping that you were both able to meet. Oh Fernando, I'm going to miss my sister so much, tears are streaming down my face right now. I have so much to plan, having her body returned to the UK, planning my own flights for the service, oh I so miss her. I have so many fond memories, I remember a time when every hour, every minute seemed to last eternally. I remember one trip we took long ago on a starry night, like last night, where we sat around a camp fire, and she was humming to herself, gently strumming her guitar, I'm not ashamed to say it, it makes me cry thinking of it.
